WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity across broad time and modal domains.” That’s a fancy way of saying that we use a variety of full body movements ranging from aerobic exercise, gymnastics and weightlifting in different combinations across a wide range of times. Every day will bring a new and exciting workout for you to challenge yourself with!
